Summary of upcoming feature improvements and fixes for Calvert Platforms

Enhancements for users of 2019-2020 product

Feature improvements:

  • Administrators in CTN that also have Administrator credentials for Calvert Access will see a new icon appear in the upper, right-hand area near the user’s Profile Name. Clicking on the icon will open up the Access enrollment and staff management application in a new tab. After Saturday’s Access platform updates, you will no longer need to log in through a separate URL.

  • Primarily internal improvements for support and service delivery.

Bug Fixes:

  • Some users with a teacher role were able unable to click on the lesson links while viewing the curriculum overview page if Forced progression was activated.

Known Issues:

  • Not able to access the Collaboration Tool through Safari web browser.

Enhancements for users of 2019-2020 product

Feature improvements:

  • User Interface updates will be available after the update is complete. We strongly urge everyone to clear their browser’s cookies and cache for all time to fully experience the UI changes.

  • Single Sign On (SSO) will be enabled, so that CTN and Access users will log in through one entry point URL of https://login.calvertlearning.com/.
     If you previously bookmarked https://access.calverteducation.com/ you will automatically be redirected to https://id.calvertlearning.com

  • Administrators in CTN that also have Administrator credentials for Calvert Access will see a new icon appear in the upper, right-hand area near the user’s Profile Name. Clicking on the icon will open up the Access enrollment and staff management application in a new tab.   • Enhanced filtering will be available on the Access Manager screens.

  • The “Enroll a Student” menu item has been removed. - Creating orders for new students should be initiated from the Household page by clicking on the [+] button. - When you want to add an order to an existing student, you will now click on the “Add new order” [+] button to order additional products for an existing student. Type in the student’s name or scroll to choose the student from the list below the search field.
